Training, the first back to back!

Completed my first back to back long walks as part of my training regimen. A challenge to say the least with the weather we have had here this so called spring. Logged 13.5 miles on Saturday and followed that up with another 9 miles on Sunday. I am happy to report that everything seems to be OK today, feet, hips, legs are still intact!
